Section 01

Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the gee99 platform. If these conditions are not met, gee99 reserves the right to close any account.

If information provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may operate only one account on gee99. If the same person creates multiple accounts or operates another person's account, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

1.3 Playing on Your Own Behalf

You must play in your own name and for your own benefit. Placing bets on behalf of others or for third parties is not permitted.

Account Registration & Security

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or misleading information will be considered a violation of gee99's terms. If your information changes at any point, you must notify the support team promptly.

2.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. gee99 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

gee99 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed until the verification process is complete. This is done solely to ensure the protection of users.

2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your gee99 account may not be transferred, sold, or rented to any third party in any way. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gee99 supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these four are currently accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour

3.3 Transactions from Your Own Account

Deposits and withdrawals must be made only through your own mobile banking account. Sending or receiving funds from a third-party account is not permitted, and if this occurs, gee99 may be required to return or forfeit the related funds.

3.4 Fraudulent Activity

If evidence of any fraudulent transaction, chargeback, or false payment is found, the customer's account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

gee99 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 and get a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳47,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only on the bonus amount (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated in the offer details.
• A bonus may only be claimed once; multiple claims for the same offer are not permitted.
• gee99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

gee99's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular activity.

Gameplay, Betting Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy
